The Home Care Referral Registry (HCRR) of Southwest Washington is a program of CDM Services that was developed by the State of Washington in order to allow consumers of Medicaid funded home care who wish to employ their own 'individual provider' (IP) to easily find a safe, trained caregiver.
To accomplish this, the HCRR provides referrals which match pre-screened, pre-qualified caregivers looking for employment with consumers that are in need of in-home care services.
The HCRR of Southwest Washington serves Clark, Cowlitz, Wahkiakum, Skamania, and Klickitat counties.
