WA Home Care Coalition

The Washington State Home Care Coalition is a membership association which was formed in 1979 as the "Chore Coalition" to provide guidance and advocacy for home care agencies statewide. The Coalition has been leading the effort to ensure and improve the quality of long-term care services and provide a voice for our clients and our caregivers. The Coalition works through education and advocacy to promote dignity and client choice. Our quarterly meetings of member agencies and affiliated associate members provide opportunities to share information, discuss issues, and prepare strategy to advocate on behalf of agency home care. Members receive timely information on critical issues affecting home care policy, client eligibility, regulatory standards, state reimbursement, and industry best practices.
