Our mission is simple: to provide comprehensive, individualized, quality services within our community that allow individuals to live with dignity in their home or residence.
CDM Services History - Since 1978, Leading the Way
We have been a vital part of our community for over 30 years. We were founded by volunteer leaders to serve a growing segment of our population in need of services that did not exist.
Since 1978, CDM Services has served thousands of individuals age 1 to 101 and beyond. We have continued to grow with the help of our donors and volunteers that make our mission possible. Through all these years our purpose still remains the same: bring long-term care solutions to those in need. We have been blessed over the last decade to bring three new and exciting programs to life, and are always looking to what the future holds.
